Golden Contest will be held in Stanley (Falkland Islands), because of the sucess of the debuting Falkland Islands in edition 3. It will be the first contest taking place not in Europe

The top 3 of the final of the third edition (Falkland Islands, Sweden and Armenia) are automatically qualified for the final of the fourth edition. The second innovation are hosts.

The forth edition is the first one with hosts. The hosts don't have to have roots from the hosting country. The host for this edition is Antonella Roccuzzo.

42 countries will take part in the fourth edition. This is the biggest edition because there are 8 countries more than in the last edition.

Semifinals[]
39 countries will participate in the semifinals. 19 countries in the first semi and 20 in the second. The best 11 will qualify for the final directly and the 12th will move to "second chance". In the first semi Turkey had to be disqualified and in the second semifinal New Zealand and Croatia. Germany and Serbia battled in second chance and Germany won.
